CANCELLATION POLICY

Mood Massage and Esthetics Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be fair to all our valued clients and staff. Please review our cancellation policy: 1. Standard Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice: * We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any single appointment without charge. * For multiple appointments booked on the same day, or for package redemptions, we kindly request 48 hours' notice. 2. Late Cancellations / No-Shows: * Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice (or 48 hours for multiple services/packages) will incur a charge of 100% of the total services booked. * Clients who "no-show" (do not arrive for their appointment without any prior notice) will also be charged 100% of the total services booked. * This fee will be charged to the credit card on file, or one session will be deducted from your package. * Failure to make payment for a cancellation fee may result in the inability to book future appointments. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: * To ensure your cancellation is received and processed, you must call or text us directly at 402-405-6831. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made via email, social media messages (DMs), or other platforms may not be accepted or seen in time. 4. Late Arrival Policy: * Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please call or text us as soon as possible. * Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot be extended beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals, out of respect for subsequent clients. * If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may not be able to perform the full service, and you may be subject to the late cancellation fee (100% of the service cost). 5. Reminder System: * For your convenience, you will receive automated appointment reminders via [e.g., email, text message, or both] 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment. While these reminders are helpful, it remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment date and time. 6. Exceptions: * We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of severe weather, sudden illness, or genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. While our policy generally applies, we may, at our discretion, make exceptions for truly unavoidable circumstances on a case-by-case basis. 7. Package Sessions: * Our cancellation policy applies to all sessions redeemed from a massage package. A late cancellation or no-show will result in the forfeiture of one session from your package. 8. Consent: * By booking an appointment with Mood Massage and Esthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to our cancellation policy.
